Tough decisions aren’t going away. Wise Compassion creates space for those decisions and helps to avoid burnout in the long term. It supports my ability to make more sustainable decisions… rather than getting caught up in the moment or the emotion. It also allows me to connect as a human being in making tough decisions, and avoid appearing either overly emotional or robotic and uncaring.
A question: how to cultivate discernment in these decisions. When I ask “how can I help” from a place of Wise Compassion… how to avoid being taken advantage of or manipulated?
