The CBMT includes a series of guided mindfulness training sessions. Each session is 10 minutes in length.
The sessions are meant to be done in progression. Ideally, you should do each track for at least one week before moving to the next track.
If you have any questions about your daily training or experience any adverse outcomes, please contact a facilitator. Please feel free to share any questions or experiences in the discussion forum.
