The CBMT includes a series of guided mindfulness training sessions. Each session is 10 minutes in length.

The sessions are meant to be done in progression. Ideally, you should do each track for at least one week before moving to the next track.

If you have any questions about your daily training or experience any adverse outcomes, please contact a facilitator. Please feel free to share any questions or experiences in the discussion forum.

You may also install the CBMT app on your mobile device to listen to the audio tracks and use more features to enhance to practice. Please see instructions to install the app at the end of this page.
