Welcome to the GOLD’en’ Habits Journey program habit-building space! You’ll find artefacts below related to the 7 habits that you’ll be developing and tracking. Cultivating habits will help you get the most out of this program.
Each habit will contain a mix of:
- A downloadable PDF habit tracker
- Short video(s) as appropriate to inspire you
- Articles on the habit from science/ business media
Each habit’s artefacts will be uploaded after the relevant 90-min workshop is completed. Just download the habit tracker, watch the videos, read the articles.
Some tips from the science of habit formation to help overcome inertia:
- Make it easy: How can I make this so easy that I’ll actually do it? (e.g.: If you don’t have 20 minutes to exercise, take 10 minutes)
- Be specific: What exactly will I do? When will I do it? Can I schedule it in my calendar? – water breaks / pausing in the day
- Make it fun: Is there a way I can make it more enjoyable and rewarding? – be social / habit stacking
In addition, you have been given a subscription to the Potential Project mobile app till the end of the program (end-Sept-2023), to cultivate a daily 10-min mindfulness training habit to re-wire your mind for focus, clarity and calm.
Finally, check in every fortnight with your GOLD’en’ Habits Buddy to exchange notes on what’s working well and inspire each other for strengthening and developing your new habits.
