This page enables you to view the course report of the groups you facilitate or coordinate. On our OLC, each group of participants is named after a ‘Delivery ID’ in your Workspace (previously called SRF). Each group/Delivery ID (usually) has access to just one course.
You can only see groups to which you have been assigned on the OLC as a group leader, i.e. you are either a facilitator or a coordinator of the delivery.
Important: activities captured in this report include course completion, lesson and topic completion, and quiz completion, i.e. users need to click the “Mark Complete” button, or submit the quiz.
Now start here by selecting a group.

Filter
Start by selecting a group in the drop-downs next to Filter By.
You can also set the number of items shown Per Page on the tables in the User Report and Activity sections below. Maybe start with 25?
If you don’t see your group/Delivery ID, please write to olc@potentialproject.com and let us know the associated Delivery ID.
After selecting the group, click the Filter button, wait 1 second for it to apply, then scroll down to see the report, starting with the Progress Chart.
Progress Chart
Once the Report is set to filter by a group, you will notice two charts appear.
On the left is the overall Progress Distribution chart. This will show user or course distribution between “Not started,” “In Progress,” and “Completed” course statuses.
On the right is a breakdown of all users or courses that are “In Progress” in the selected filter (In Progress Breakdown). By default, the in progress will be distributed in 20% increments (20, 40, 60, 80, and 100).
Now move on to the User Report.
User Report
Here you can view the course progress of each participant. The number of items shown per page on the table is set by the Filter. You can change the per page number and click the Filter button again to regenerate the report. To download this report as an .csv file, go down to the Activity section.
Activity Stream
This section displays real-time activity on your courses. Supported activities include course completion, lesson and topic completion, and quiz completion. Associated data such as timestamp, score, and steps will be displayed when applicable.
You can download course and quiz reports using the buttons below. These reports will include the filtered data only, i.e only the group you selected. You can also view the report (without downloading) in the section User Report.
This is the end of the report. You may go back to the Report Filter to Reset it and start again.
